Send a file from one screen to another device's camera. Open send on the device with the file and receive on the camera device, then point the camera at the animated code.
The file payload has no network path between devices: it travels as light. Install or load the receiver once over trusted HTTPS before going offline, because browser camera access requires a secure origin.
